Board extrusion line is mainly used to produce hollow profile plate. Its raw material can be PP, PE or PC, In addition for co-mixed and improved material. The plate can be used for building decoration, advertisement setting, separated plate for road noise and package, etc.

The sheet production line which also called "Sheet extrusion line" has screw with special mixing and plasticization function:
1. Coat hanger type die with two throttle design enable to regulate the sheet thickness accurately;
2. ± 1 Centigrade degree temperature control make the plasticizing process and sheet thickness control more accurate;
3. Horinzontal, vertical or 45° Incline type three rollers calenders may be lifted freely;
4. Sheet thickness shall be regulated by screw and pressing roller;

5. Separate roller temperature control system to control the temperature of pressing roller to gain even sheet thickness;
6. Exact slicing machine, board length and quantity;
7. Winder with big torque motor, and its speed and tension force adjustable;
8. Automatic metering to set the length of product.
